Booking & payment
A 30% deposit confirms your reservation after payment is verified. The remaining balance is paid to the property.
Deposit reservations are held for 30 minutes while you complete payment. A checkout redirect alone does not confirm payment.
Cancellation terms
Deposits are refundable up to 7 days before check-in. Within 7 days, deposits are non-refundable but transferable to any available date.
House rules
Quiet hours from 10:00 PM. No smoking inside the rooms. Register all visitors at the front desk. Respect the house reef: no stepping on coral.

Is breakfast included?
Breakfast is available for 250 per person, served 7:00-9:00 at the beachside cafe. Rooms with kitchenettes can cook their own.
How do we get to the resort?
From Cebu City, take a bus or van to Moalboal (about 3 hours), then a tricycle to Panagsama Beach. We can arrange pickup on request.
Is snorkeling gear provided?
Yes, masks and fins are free for guests. The house reef starts right at our gate.
Can we bring visitors who are not staying?
Day visitors are welcome at the cafe; resort facilities are for checked-in guests only.
